Terms and Conditions:
- The Plan is underwritten by BOCG Insurance.
- Chiyu Banking Corporation Ltd (“Chiyu Bank”) is an appointed insurance agent of BOCG Insurance for distribution of the Plan. The Plan is a product of BOCG Insurance but not Chiyu Bank.
- In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Chiyu Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Chiyu Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; whilst any dispute over the contractual terms of the Plan should ultimately be resolved between the Insurance Company and the customer, where practicable and appropriate, Chiyu Bank will provide reasonable assistance to the customer in the dispute resolution process.
- BOCG Insurance is authorized and regulated by the Insurance Authority to carry on general insurance business in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
- BOCG Insurance reserves the right to accept or decline any application for the Plan based on the information provided by the proposed insured and/or insured person at the time of application.
- BOCG Insurance reserves the right to amend, suspend and terminate the above products, services and offer and to amend the relevant terms at any time at its discretion without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of BOCG Insurance and Chiyu Bank shall be final.
