No Extra Application Procedure Required

No extra application procedures or software installation are needed.

Scope of Services

We provide a wide range of mobile banking services:
Investment Services
Place, change and cancel stock orders, enquiry on the transaction status of securities account(s), apply IPO subscription/financing, as well as currency exchange (including cross-exchange for foreign currency),and FX margin trading.

Banking Services
Fund transfer/Faster Payment System (FPS), UnionPay QR Cash, time deposit placement, bill payment by accounts, account balance enquiry and last ten transaction records.

Financial Information
Hong Kong stocks and A shares information, real-time or delayed stock quote, foreign currency exchange rates and precious metal prices.

Customer Services
Change password, email address and set up ATM cash withdrawal functions outside Hong Kong.


Remarks:
Securities service is applicable to personal customers who maintain securities account (but not applicable to securities margin account and mortgaged account) and Internet banking account with Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited ("Chiyu Bank"). If customers do not have an Internet banking account but wish to enjoy the new Mobile Banking services, please visit any of our branches for registration.

UnionPay QR Cash Service

Now you can use UnionPay QR code cash withdrawal (“UnionPay QR Cash”) Service at our ATMs or designated ATMs equipped with the “UnionPay QR Cash” Service without using an ATM card. QR code cash withdrawal can avoid the risk of the ATM card information being read or copied, and the withdrawal password confirmation is compulsory, which is more secure and reliable. Customers can withdraw money in simple steps without carrying a physical card. The process is easy and convenient.

How to operate?

1. Select "QR Cash" on the homepage of Personal Mobile Banking

2. Select the account and enter the withdrawal amount

3. Select "Withdraw Later" or "Withdraw Now"

4. Through our Bank’s ATMs or designated ATMs equipped with "UnionPay QR Cash" Service, select the "UnionPay QR Cash" Service, then scan the QR code displayed on screen with the QR code scanner from your Personal Mobile Banking.

5. Follow the instruction to proceed the withdrawal, relevant record will be displayed on Personal Mobile Banking.

Mobile Token

Mobile Token brings you a safe and convenient financial management experience. Mobile Token is a built-in function of Chiyu Bank Mobile Banking, upon activating the Mobile Token on compatible mobile devices (Mobile Phones), you can confirm designated Mobile Banking transactions via the preset Mobile Token passcode or using Biometric Authentication. In addition, you can also confirm designated Internet Banking transactions by generating a one-time Security Code/ Transaction Confirmation Code via the Mobile Token.

Transactions made simpler with the Mobile Token:

Biometric Authentication

You can register Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint Authentication or Face ID Authentication) on your mobile device for the following services when you activate the Mobile Token on Mobile Banking:

  • Login to Mobile Banking
  • Enable the Mobile Token to confirm designated Mobile Banking transactions
  • Enable the Mobile Token to generate a one-time Security Code/ Transaction Confirmation Code to confirm designated Internet Banking transactions

Activating the Mobile Token

Step 1: Select "Mobile Security Key" on the homepage Step 2: Select "Enable"
Step 3: Enroll for biometric authentication Step 4: Set "Mobile Token" password

*If you select "Register Later", skip to step 5
Step 5: Enter the SMS one-time password sent by our bank and click "Confirm" Step 6: After preparing the ID card, click "Start Capture"
Step 7: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete shooting Step 8: After reviewing the data on the screen, click "Confirm". If the data is incorrect, click "Recapture" and return to step 7
Step 9: Click "Start Capture" to start the face recognition check Step 10: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete shooting
Step 11: Setup of Mobile Token is completed

*After the application is submitted, you will receive an email and SMS (first notification) to remind you that the application has been successfully submitted. When the system processing is completed, you will receive an email and SMS (second notification), prompting you to log in to mobile banking to activate the mobile security code. When you successfully activate the Mobile Token, you will receive emails and text messages (the third notification) to remind you that the Mobile Security Code has been successfully activated.
